General terms of the service “Reception of shipments from a distance”

1. Courier is obligated to confirm the Client the reception of the shipment at an Econt office in London

2. If the shipment is at the expense of the Sender, Courier shall confirm the transaction of the payment of the courier service

3. Courier is entitled to print out a transportation document (waybill) for the delivery of the shipment to Bulgaria in accordance with the shipment preparation form filled in by Client

4. Courier is obligated to carry out the shipment delivery to Bulgaria in accordance with the Econt Express Ltd. General Terms

5. Courier shall not be held responsible for problems occurring during transportation of the shipment from the Sender’s address to an Econt office in London

6. The delivery times declared in the Courier’s tariff are applicable from the day of reception of the shipment at an Econt office in London

1. Client is entitled to receive information from Econt regarding the movement of the shipment.

2. Client is obligated to complete in Latin letters the shipment preparation form on the website http://order.econtuk.co.uk

3. Client is obligated to ensure the delivery of the shipment to an Econt office in London by a courier company on their choice.

4. Client is obligated to make the payment of the amount due to the selected courier company for the delivery of the shipment to an Econt office in London.

5. Client is obligated to provide the shipment number and the name of the courier company forwarding the shipment to an Econt office in London.

6. If the shipment is at the expense of Sender, Client is obligated to make the payment in accordance with the options provided in the shipment preparation form on http://order.econtuk.co.uk.

7. Client agrees that the delivery shall be carried out win accordance with the General Terms of Econt Express Ltd. Published on http://www.econt.com/.
