Tariff weight
To determine how your shipment is charged, you should take its "Tariff" weight. Chargeable (Tariff) weight is the actual volume or the total weight of all packages in one shipment, charged by the greater value. Rounded off to the pound. Bulk weight is calculated by the formula: (total width, cm x length cm X height, cm)/6000 kg.

Deliveries in the UK
Deliveries from/to address in London or from/to other cities in the UK are carried out by an internal courier from our office in London. Prices apply only to deliveries to an address in London or to any other location in England. Package delivery to Scotland, Ireland - prices are being negotiated. Purchase via courier
You can request a courier in the UK by filling in an order HEREor write to us at email:london@econt.com. Requests for courier in the UK are accepted for packaged items only. This is the standard work in Britain. If it happens that your shipment is unpacked, you should contact us by phone on 0879 198674 to get a confirmation about the possibility and the cost of such delivery. All requests for taking items from an address received before 17:00 will be organized for picking up on the next working day. Orders requested after 17:00 will be considered on the next working day. It is important to note that unlike the Bulgarian service, where you can request an approximate time to be visited by courier, in UK the visit takes place within the working day. We cannot provide advance information about a specific time. You will be notified by email or phone on the day after the arrival of the shipment in our warehouse in London.
Commissioning
Econt allows you to order items from different places and assemble them in our warehouse in Bulgaria. After your request, we will group all received on your name packages in one shipment.

Storage
You have the opportunity for free storage of your items after their delivery to Bulgaria. You will be notified by phone and/or by e-mail about the time of delivery in stock. The free time for storage is 7 working days. See: Additional Services.

1.For preparation of a personal tariff plan for a particular corporate customer – call free of charge the main office of Econt Express at 0.8001.8001.

2. Deliveries for periods different from those indicated in the Tariff can be performed only after preliminary agreement.

3.3. In the international service of Econt Saturdays and Sundays are considered weekend. If you would like delivery or sending a shipment in the UK on Saturday, please contact us on 0879 198674 to confirm the possibility. In this case the price is negotiated.

4. Cash on delivery:
• At present we can not offer Cash On Delivery service to our customers.

5. Purchasing online from the UK
• You can fill out a purchase order online HERE.
• In case of order for purchasing by Courier, Customer will pay in advance the price of the goods being purchased, undertaking to accept it upon delivery and to pay the sum due for the courier service.
• In case it is impossible for the order to be fulfilled due to reasons beyond the courier’s reach, the sum paid in advance will be reimbursed to the Customer.
• Upon buying goods of value exceeding 500 BGN, these will be shipped with the special service Declared Value (0.6%), which equals the real value of the goods.
• In case the Customer refuses to receive the goods or to pay for the courier service, the courier will have the right to keep the shipment until receiving all due fees.

6In the UK the Premium service "Priority delivery" is possible. The price depends on the address and size of the consignment. For more information, please contact us by phone 0879 198 674 .

7. If a shipment stays at the Courier’s office after the seventh working day, the Client will pay a storage fee.
